WARM UP

2.0 incline ALWAYS! AT ALL TIMES!

0-2mins: walk

2-5mins: jog

5-6mins: walk

6-9mins: RUN

9-10 mins: walk

MEDICINE BALL + TREADMILL

@ 3.0mph:

30 seconds side shuffle (left)

30 seconds side shuffle (right)

(put down medicine ball)

1 MINUTE SPRINT

 

@0.8mph:

WITH MEDICINE BALL

1 minute walking lunges

30 seconds side squats (left)

30 seconds side squats (right)

(put down medicine ball)
